The project is being implemented from last August 2018 for the first phase for a period of two years and there after for a period of three years with the financial support of AlhajAnowar Hossain foundation of Anowar group of industries
It is a joint venture of the Bangladesh Council For Child Welfare and AlhajAnowar Hossain Foundation of Anowar Group of industries and Renamed it
“ Alhaj Anowar Hossain ProtibondiShishuShikha o Unnayan Kendro”
Besides providing services to the Headquarters Complex of Bangladesh ShishuKallyanParishad implementing Physiotherapy, Special Education Training and Rehabilitation program for the disabled among the large population of poor income living atLalbagh, Hazaribagh, Kamrangir Char&Keranigong areas.
The beneficiary children as well as their families are being assisted in various services and income generating programs.
Most of the residents of the area are benefiting from the Govt elderly disability allowance, chronic diseases treatment, free surgery and various medical and education camps
Full government primary schools for children with disabilities are being run by expanding special education activities with Govt approval
